I am now reading Hidden Secrets of Self Healing for the second time in 4 months.
Hidden Secrets of Self Healing really helped me see light at the end of the tunnel and placed me in a more positive frame of mind, hence why I am reading it again.
Leonie was with me all the time and I say this because my glass wardrobe doors were covered in quotes from her book.
That way each morning when I woke up, I started the day on a positive note and before I went to bed each night I was reminded to look for the positives in the day I had just had and to free my mind of negativity before I went to sleep.
